You are 37 weeks and you and your baby are officially considered early term. This means that if
the baby must deliver at this stage, they have a good chance of surviving. The doctors, ideally, want the
baby to go the 40 weeks to allow the full development of the lungs. Your baby is about 6 ½ pounds and
almost 21 inches long. Your baby is moving even less this week, but those kicks keep coming. You really
must have the amniotic fluid to get these plump little babies, but if you do get pictures, they will be
amazing! The resemblance to mom or dad will be very noticeable!
