To get the best results, start preparing a few days in advance. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and boost your amniotic fluid levels. A day or two of steady hydration can make your images clearer and sharper.
About an hour before your appointment, eat a light snack or meal. Then, 10–15 minutes before your ultrasound, sip a small glass of juice like apple, grape, or orange. The natural sugars can help wake baby up and encourage movement during your session.
Wear comfortable clothing that makes it easy to expose your belly. Many moms prefer leggings or a loose dress for comfort.
During the Session 💕
When you arrive, our friendly team will guide you into one of our cozy viewing rooms designed for comfort and connection. Your family is welcome to join you — our large viewing screens make it easy for everyone to watch together.
